Everything you do is a snapshot of what's really brewing inside your heart. It represents all you stand for, what your present convictions are, what your inner drive is and what motivates you.
It is important that what you say and/or do aligns with your standards, as once your actions are manifested, you aren't able to take it back.
Be cautious on what actually does come out....because it will be a picture of what you truly feel and it'll be speak on your behalf wherever you go!
In that respect, keep your standards high and your values deep...
