Need a mood change? Try one or more of these: Laughing hysterically, Shopping, Hugs, Giving presents, Sleeping in, Weekends, Jumping on a trampoline, Eating freshly baked chocolate chip cookies, Bubble baths, Turning up your stereo as loud as it will go...

You have to do what you need to do.. Don't stay down for long ;). Life MUST go on....with or without you!
