You will always have people who may respect you but could really care less about how you feel about anything. Or you might be that person who doesn't really care for others' opinions.

Well, you don't have to like what people have to say BUT it is their right to and their opinion counts just the same.

It's our human right to allow people the space to express themselves. You just never know what you can gain from them, if you never let them talk. And you don't want to create a culture about you that cultivates fear, anxiety or discomfort.

People need to be comfortable at all times, being free.
